Veritas Wellness is a publisher of wellness materials. We hope to promote lifestyles that encompass true wellness.

Our mission is simple. We strive to empower people to make informed health choices. There is no one size fits all when it comes to health. But, once you have all the information, you’ll know what the right choices are for you and your family.

“As someone who was frequently ill as a child, I’ve always been interested in keeping myself as healthy as possible. Over time I learned that conventional methods and wisdom didn’t always work for me. Why was I always so sick? Why couldn’t the doctors tell me anything helpful? It was only until I began looking at the big picture that I experienced a great change. Once I learned that I needed to address my lifestyle and not the individual symptoms, I experienced a type of freedom that I didn’t even know I needed.

With this freedom, I experienced an amazing change in perspective and it was if I could see clearly for the first time; what a wonderful blessing.

Now I just have to spread the word. There is so much panic and confusion out there that people really don’t know where to turn. If you want to discover the truths that I, and so many others have found- you are in the right place.“
